In order to further strengthen the capacity of hospital infection management and to promote the scientific, standardized, accurate and homogeneous management of hospital infection management quality in various medical institutions at all levels in the province, Henan Province Hospital Management Quality Monitoring Center was launched on March 28, 2019. On the 30th, Zhengzhou City held Henan Province's 2019 Hospital Infection Management Hotspots and Difficulties Professional Symposium and Hospital Infection Quality Management Work Deployment Meeting. During the meeting, the first Henan Province Hospital Infection Management Knowledge Competition was successfully held. This knowledge competition was attended by 63 players from 18 teams selected by the Sense Quality Monitoring Centers in the hospitals across the province and 21 teams from 3 provinces. Wang Ruimin, the ICU infection monitoring nurse in our hospital, was selected by the hospital and the provincial medical institutions, and finally represented the "Provincial Second Team" (composed of 3 people. Wang Ruimin, Henan Staff Hospital, Ma Zhihong, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan University) Huaihe Hospital Guo Yanyan) participated in the competition.
The competition is divided into two stages, the semi-final and the final. The contestants competed for nearly 4 hours through three parts: mandatory questions, rush questions and risk questions. In the end, the "Provincial Straight Team 2" won the third prize! Congratulations to Comrade Wang Ruimin again!
Hospital infection management is directly related to the quality and safety of the hospital. By participating in this competition, there has been a surge in our hospital to learn about infection prevention and control capabilities from brother hospitals in the province, and to improve the level of hospital infection control and medical quality in our hospital, and to protect patients and patients.
